At Big Joe, we want you to love your comfort, but if you're not completely satisfied with your bean bag, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the item you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Product

  Carefully place the bean bag back into its original shipping box, ensuring the product is clean and free of any pet hair or debris.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely tape it to the outside of your package, covering any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
